Unfiltered BOXER, No Compromise

The AWE Track Edition strips out the 180 Technology mufflers entirely, leaving a straight-through design that lets the BRZ, GR86, 86, and FR-S platform's BOXER engine breathe and sound the way it wants to. This is the loud version, and it's meant to be, running down to a single muffler across the system instead of the Touring Edition's three, covering ZD8, ZN6, ZN8, and Z10 chassis alike.

Lighter, Louder, Built to Last

With fewer internals than the Touring Edition, the Track Edition cuts roughly 12 lbs versus the stock exhaust, more than ten times the savings of the Touring version. It's still built from the same U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel and finished with 5" double-walled Vapor Blue tips, individually adjustable for bumper depth, just without anything in the way of the exhaust note.

Be honest with yourself about how you drive before ordering this one. The Track Edition is genuinely loud, especially at cold start and in the midrange, and AWE's own return policy reflects that, sound preference isn't grounds for a return on this system. What you get in exchange is a system that's about 12 lbs lighter than stock, down to a single muffler with nothing filtering the note, and it still bolts on in roughly the same 2-hour window as the Touring version. If that's exactly what you're after, it delivers, and you can always add a Track-to-Touring conversion kit later to tame it down if daily-driving it turns out to be more than you bargained for.
