Dinan reports maximum gains of 6 HP and 5 lb-ft of torque while reducing system weight by 10 pounds compared with stock.

The Dinan system replaces the factory single-to-dual pipe arrangement with a larger, freer-flowing single-pipe design and removes the factory resonator/collector for increased exhaust volume. When the factory-controlled valve is open, the exhaust provides maximum flow and a louder, more aggressive sound. With the valve closed, exhaust gases are redirected through the muffler for a more subdued tone. The muffler incorporates drone-abatement technology to help reduce unwanted cabin resonance while maintaining Dinan's deeper exhaust character.
