The Invidia Catted Downpipe with Divorced Wastegate for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX STI replaces the factory downpipe with a 3-inch stainless steel unit. The divorced wastegate design separates wastegate exhaust flow from the main turbine outlet for improved exhaust scavenging. A tune is required after installation.

Divorced Wastegate: Improved Exhaust Scavenging

The divorced wastegate design keeps the wastegate exhaust flow separate from the main turbine outlet through the downpipe rather than recombining them immediately at the turbocharger. This reduces turbulence at the turbine outlet, improves exhaust scavenging efficiency, and produces better boost response and mid-range power delivery versus a conventional integrated wastegate downpipe.

3-Inch Stainless, Bolt-In at OEM Turbo Flange

The Invidia downpipe connects at the factory turbocharger outlet flange and runs to the factory cat-back connection point. 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel throughout. Factory O2 sensor bung positions are retained. Additional O2 bung included for wideband sensor. A tune is mandatory after installation.
