Developed for select 2012-2016 BMW 335i and 435i applications on the F30/F32 platforms, this single-in/dual-out system is built from 16-gauge T304 stainless steel and finished with black ceramic coated 3.5-inch exhaust tips. Dinan tuned the system to reduce backpressure and increase flow, with stated gains of 6 HP and 5 lb-ft of torque at 6,600 RPM.

Dinan balances the added performance sound with everyday drivability through an integrated Helmholtz chamber designed to suppress unwanted low-RPM resonance. The result is a more assertive tone when accelerating without making steady cruising unnecessarily intrusive. A chambered stainless steel muffler handles the sound control, while the system mounts using the factory brackets and hangers for a clean, factory-style installation. This exhaust configuration eliminates the factory computer-controlled exhaust valve.
