Designed to be used with our Trail Runner suspension, but fits any OEM spec shock such as Bilstein, KYB, OEM, or any OEM parts store equivalent rear shock.

 

These overload springs are designed for those that see a lot of sag when loaded up with gear, or after adding a rooftop tent or rear tire carrier. No more bottoming out when your loaded up and hit big bumps! No more sag! Their linear rate springs are made in the USA and have a lifetime warranty against deformation.

Important Information About Overload Springs

Overload springs are designed to increase load carrying capacity and reduce suspension sag under added weight such as cargo, tools, camping gear, drawer systems, rooftop tents, towing load, or constant accessories.

Because overload springs use a significantly higher spring rate than OEM, the vehicle will typically sit slightly higher than factory ride height when unloaded or lightly loaded. This is normal and expected behavior. When loaded, as intended, the vehicle will sit very close to OEM height.

If your vehicle is normally driven empty or with minimal cargo weight, overload springs may result in a firmer ride and increased unloaded ride height compared to OEM springs.

These springs are specifically intended for vehicles that regularly carry additional weight. The added spring rate helps maintain suspension support and ride height once that weight is introduced. A spring cannot simultaneously provide substantially greater load support while also compressing exactly like a softer OEM spring under the same unloaded conditions.

Some overload springs may also differ visually from OEM springs in areas such as end coil shape, coil spacing, or winding profile. Minor visual differences do not indicate incorrect fitment provided the spring seats correctly within the suspension assembly.
